02 — About
Dockyard Acoustics builds simulation tools that predict how real spaces sound — using the actual physics, not approximations. Every method we implement is validated against measurement.
We combine geometric ray tracing with wave-domain solvers, structural vibration models with fluid dynamics, and real-time audio analysis with GPU-accelerated computation. The result is a multi-physics platform that no single existing tool matches.
Our work spans room acoustics, automotive NVH, architectural heritage, spatial audio, and audio plugin development. All capabilities described on this site are backed by working implementations with over 150 demonstration videos and 400+ simulation results produced to date.
